Effect of Problem-solving Skill Training on Marital Satisfaction: A Randomized Controlled Field Trial

Background: Parenthood can reduce marital satisfaction (MS). Problem-solving skill (PSS) training enables couples to solve family problems and improve MS. Objectives: We aimed evaluate the effectiveness of PSS on MS primigravida breastfeeding mothers. Methods: The research design this randomized controlled field trial study was pretest-posttest with a control group done 68 mothers who attended healthcare centers affiliated Babol University Medical Sciences, Iran.
